User Agreement of the NGO "Office of Social Solutions"This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") defines the terms of use of the website of the NGO "Office of Social Solutions" (hereinafter referred to as the "Website"), which belongs to the Non-Governmental Organization "Office of Social Solutions" (hereinafter referred to as the "Organization"). By using the Website, you confirm that you have read the terms of this Agreement, agree to them, and undertake to comply with them.
1. General Provisions
1.1. This Agreement is a public offer. By using the Website, the User (hereinafter referred to as the "User") automatically accepts the terms of this Agreement.
1.2. The Organization has the right to amend this Agreement at any time without prior notice to the User. The updated version of the Agreement is published on the Website and becomes effective from the moment of its publication.
2. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
2.1. The User has the right to:

2.4. The Organization undertakes to:

3. Processing of Personal Data

4. Intellectual Property

5. Liability of the Parties

- Any damages that may arise as a result of using or being unable to use the Website.
5.2. The User is responsible for:
- The accuracy of the data provided when filling out forms on the Website.
- Compliance with copyright laws when using the Website materials.
6. Final Provisions
6.1. All disputes arising in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes shall be considered in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
6.2. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, it does not affect the validity of the other provisions of the Agreement.
