General ProvisionsThis Personal Data Processing Policy has been developed in accordance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and defines the procedure for processing personal data and measures to ensure their security by the Non-Governmental Organization "Office of Social Solutions" (hereinafter referred to as the Organization, Operator).
1.1. The Operator considers the observance of human and citizen rights and freedoms in the processing of personal data as the most important goal of its activities, particularly the protection of rights to privacy, personal and family secrecy, as well as ensuring the protection of personal data of the Organization's employees, program participants, and other persons who contact the Organization.
1.2. This policy applies to all information that the Operator may receive about website visitors, other individuals who contact the Organization, as well as the Organization's employees.
1.3. The content and scope of the processed personal data must comply with the declared purposes of processing.
2. Key Terms2.1.
User – any visitor to the Organization's website or another individual who has contacted the Organization for assistance or participation in programs.
2.2.
Employee (staff member) of the Organization – an individual who has provided their personal data to the Operator in connection with the performance of their labor functions within the Organization.
2.3.
Personal data – any information directly or indirectly related to a specific or identifiable User of the Organization's website.
2.4.
Website – a collection of graphic and informational materials, as well as software and databases that ensure their availability on the Internet.

Cookie – a piece of data sent by a web server and stored on the User’s device, necessary for transmitting information to the web server as part of an HTTP request when attempting to open website pages.

Processing of personal data – any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed with personal data, with or without automation tools, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.

3. Personal Data Processed by the Operator3.1. The Operator may process the following personal data of the User and/or Participant: surname, first name, patronymic; date and place of birth; citizenship; profession; marital status; family composition, degree of kinship, closest relatives; identity document details; place of residence address; health status information; email address; contact phone number.
3.2. The Operator does not process special categories of personal data related to racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, as well as data concerning health or sexual orientation of Users, unless required by Ukrainian law.
4. Purposes of Personal Data Processing4.1. The Operator processes personal data for the following purposes:
- Ensuring the functioning of the Organization’s activities.
- Fulfilling the Organization’s obligations to program participants, partners, and other persons in accordance with statutory activities.
- Informing Users about the Organization’s activities, new programs, events, and other information related to the Organization's activities.
- Compliance with the current legislation of Ukraine, including accounting and tax regulations.
5. Principles of Personal Data Processing5.1. Personal data processing is carried out based on the following principles:
- Legality and fairness of processing.
- Limitation of personal data processing to specific, legitimate purposes.
- Minimization of processed data, ensuring compliance with the purposes of processing.
- Ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and relevance of personal data.
- Ensuring confidentiality and security of processed data.
6. Protection of Personal Data6.1. The Operator takes necessary organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unlawful or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as other unlawful actions by third parties.
6.2. Protection measures include:
- Using secure data transmission channels.
- Restricting access to personal data only to authorized employees.
- Regularly updating security policies and ensuring compliance with legislation.
7. Transfer of Personal Data to Third Parties7.1. The Operator may transfer personal data to third parties only in the following cases:
